BIO
Gavrielle L. Sween, Gavri, is an R&B Vocal Artist who takes her music to heart and is passionate about touching others with her music.
Gavri has been singing from the young age of six and has sang in front of a variety of audiences in varying numbers. In earlier years she started vocal lessons at Ottley Music School where she not only sang, but also played instruments such as the piano, clarinet, guitar, steelpan and other.
She also acted in various productions. Alongside her studies, Gavri performed for a few years in Eclipse International, a Soca band, as a lead and backup vocalist. The band performs both locally and nationally and at various venues and Caribbean Festivals.
Most recently, Gavri placed third in the DMV Talent Extravaganza.
Gavri loves Biology and Theatre Performing Arts and she is currently in the process of writing her own music. Her immediate goal is to record her first EP and continue to share her heart through her music.
